- 2 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 minced garlic cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, mix sea salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a seasoning blend.
- Shred the Parmesan cheese and mince the garlic cloves.
- Spray a baking dish with avocado oil, then season both sides of each chicken breast with the spice blend.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish, sprinkle minced garlic over it, and top generously with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Lightly spray the top of the chicken with avocado oil before placing it in the oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
