Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the apple cubes with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon until well-coated.
- Place the apple mixture in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
- Air fry for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. The apples should be golden brown and slightly crispy outside while tender inside.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss with the remaining tablespoon of maple syrup.
- Serve warm on their own or with vanilla ice cream or oatmeal.
