  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Remove the husks from the corn on the cob, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil (or melted butter), salt, black pepper, and chili powder (or smoked paprika). Brush this mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned corn in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Once done, remove the corn using tongs, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley, and serve with lime wedges.
