  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, nut milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until crumbly.
  3. Press most of the mixture into an 8-inch springform pan to form the crust. Pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine blackberries, shredded coconut, corn starch, sea salt, honey, and water; simmer until the blackberries are soft.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and sprinkle remaining crumble on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
