Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 chai tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose chai tea)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine apple cider and water. Heat over medium until gently simmering.
- Add chai tea bag(s) to the pot and steep for 3-5 minutes before removing.
- Stir in the milk and sweetener if desired, warming gently without boiling.
- Pour into mugs and garnish with ground cinnamon if preferred.
