  • 1 ½ cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In one bowl, mix together flour, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon for the crumble; then combine with melted butter until clumps form.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices for the muffin batter.
