Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Press the pie pastry into a deep dish pie pan.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; toss in sliced apples until coated. Pour into the crust.
- For the topping, blend brown sugar, flour, quick oats, and cold butter until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
- Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes; cover with foil and bake for another 20 minutes until apples are tender.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
