  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat unsalted butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
