  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, baking soda, rolled oats, and flour. Mix well using a fork or pastry cutter.
  3. Set aside 2 cups of the mixture and press the remaining crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create the base.
