- 3 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 75 grams crumbled feta cheese
- 30 milliliters olive oil or melted butter
- 30 grams dried cranberries
- 30 milliliters honey
- 1 gram ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Brush halved pears with olive oil or melted butter and arrange cut-side up in the baking dish. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender but firm.
- Remove from oven and top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle generously with honey before serving warm.
