- ½ cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill for an additional minute per side.
- Allow the chicken to rest before slicing it into strips.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and grilled chicken strips.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle ranch dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to mix and serve immediately.
