- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup allulose
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Melt butter with half of the keto chocolate chips over medium heat until glossy.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl until frothy.
- Mix the melted chocolate into the eggs until fully combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until thick and glossy.
- Fold in the remaining keto chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out with slight moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
