- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup allulose
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and allulose; mix until well blended.
- Melt butter with half of the keto chocolate chips in a separate bowl over medium heat; whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat eggs until slightly frothy using an electric mixer.
- Gradually incorporate the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs while mixing until fully combined.
- Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a thick batter forms; gently add remaining chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean from the center.
- Allow cooling in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
