Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted salted butter
- 16 ounces softened full-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- A small pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers, white sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl; mix well.
- Press mixture into the bottom of each muffin tin cup.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in salt.
- Pour filling over crusts in muffin tins and bake for about 30 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours before serving.
