- 1/3 cup ketchup (100g)
- 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 1.5 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (56g)
- Chopped white onion
- Pickles
- Chopped red onion
- Chopped tomato
- Side of fries
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and yellow mustard; let simmer.
- Prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, and pickle juice in a bowl.
- Assemble each bowl with shredded lettuce as the base, topped with seasoned beef mixture, special sauce, cheese, and any additional toppings you desire.
