Ingredients
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk
- 400 g white chocolate
- 100 g Biscoff spread
- 130 g Biscoff biscuits (for topping)
- 0.5 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8" x 8" tray with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the white chocolate using a microwave or bain marie method. Combine with sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and optional salt until smooth.
- Crush most of the Biscoff biscuits and fold them into the mixture. Pour into the prepared tray and smooth out.
- Top with reserved biscuit pieces and press gently. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
