  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 100 g Biscoff spread
  • 130 g Biscoff biscuits (for topping)
  • 0.5 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" x 8" tray with baking paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the white chocolate using a microwave or bain marie method. Combine with sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and optional salt until smooth.
  3. Crush most of the Biscoff biscuits and fold them into the mixture. Pour into the prepared tray and smooth out.
  4. Top with reserved biscuit pieces and press gently. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
