- 4 eggs

- 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 and 2/3 cups blueberries
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 teaspoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugars, and salt.
- Incorporate cold butter until crumbly, then add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Press two-thirds of the mixture into the prepared pan to form the crust.
- For the filling, blend mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, and eggs until smooth.
- Layer half the cheesecake mixture over the crust, sprinkle blueberries on top, then add remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 65–75 minutes until golden; cool gradually before serving.
