Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a 9×13 baking pan for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cinnamon; pour over melted butter in the pan.
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; stir in milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly over the blueberry mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm.
