  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp fruit juice or broth (as a bourbon substitute)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  2. Arrange peach wedges in the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
