- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, water, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve with drizzled sauce over the chicken.
