  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter flavoring
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 oz. tub of cool whip
  • 1/4 cup cream soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sour cream. Gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, butter flavoring, butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips.
  4. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top; bake for about 60 minutes until set with a slight jiggle.
  5. Cool gradually in the oven for one hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with cool whip and drizzle with additional butterscotch sauce.
