- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 package (99g) butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and melted butter; mix until well combined.
- Stir in the milk, then add butterscotch pudding mix, baking powder, and salt; mix until incorporated.
- Gradually fold in the flour until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling before slicing; serve plain or drizzle with optional icing.
