Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into an 8-inch rope. Shape the ends thicker for a bone effect.
- Use kitchen scissors to snip two small cuts on both ends of each rope, pulling them slightly apart.
- Brush melted butter over each breadstick and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden, then add mozzarella on top and bake for another 5-7 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
