Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh broccoli (adjust quantity based on preference)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and season sliced chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and whisk continuously.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked chicken, drained fettuccine, and steamed broccoli into the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
