Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Layer half of the roasted green chiles in the greased baking dish followed by half of the shredded cheeses.
- Repeat with remaining chiles and cheese, then pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
