Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup homemade salted caramel sauce
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Additional caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- Additional peanut butter (melted, for drizzling)
- Additional semisweet chocolate (melted, for drizzling)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Melt semisweet chocolate over low heat until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold in the melted chocolate and caramel sauce. Pour over the crust.
- For the topping, beat together heavy cream, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form; spread over the mousse layer.
- Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and melted chocolate before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
