- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder until blended.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar with cinnamon for the filling.
- Spread half of the batter in the pan and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture.
- Add remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon mixture; swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
