  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder until blended.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix brown sugar with cinnamon for the filling.
  5. Spread half of the batter in the pan and sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture.
  6. Add remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon mixture; swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
