  • 1 pound turkey bacon, diced
  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 & 1/2 teaspoons hot chili sauce
  • 15 ounce can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 5 scallions, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Sauté turkey bacon in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until crispy; transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink; season with cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Allow to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot chili sauce. Add pasta, turkey bacon, ground beef, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and scallions; toss until well combined.
