Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add egg, honey, and vanilla extract; whisk until well combined.
- Stir in flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon until just combined—avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar with remaining cinnamon; sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow cooling before slicing.
