Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
- 12 slices cooked turkey bacon (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- If using fresh corn, cook until tender; if using frozen corn, thaw and drain.
- Chop the turkey bacon, slice the green onions, and dice the jalapeño.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, turkey bacon, green onions, and jalapeño.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
