- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and fit two 9-inch pie crusts into pans.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, then blend in lemon juice and orange zest.
- In another bowl, mix cranberry sauce with cornstarch, brown sugar, and cinnamon; spoon over the cream layer.
- For the crumb topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and chopped pecans; stir in melted butter until clumps form. Sprinkle over both pies.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before chilling for at least 4 hours.
