- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss fresh blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flour; set aside.
- Cream together softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine the remaining flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the floured blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour batter into two greased 9" x 5" loaf pans and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
