  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss fresh blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flour; set aside.
  3. Cream together softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, combine the remaining flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the floured blueberries until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour batter into two greased 9" x 5" loaf pans and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
