- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add pasta shells, and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Add chicken strips seasoned with Cajun spices and cook until golden brown and cooked through (approximately 6-8 minutes).
- Make the creamy sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add heavy cream. Stir continuously while adding Velveeta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Combine: Add drained pasta shells to the skillet with the creamy sauce and toss gently until well coated. Serve hot.
