- 1 pound thinly sliced beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and bell pepper; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute before adding the thinly sliced beef. Cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir in Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat, then mix in heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted and smooth.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
