- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Chips for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, ground cumin, and seasoned salt until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as desired.
