- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice the chicken breasts into strips for ideal tender sizes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Coat the chicken strips thoroughly in this marinade.
- Arrange the chicken tenders in the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with extra lemon wedges and your preferred dipping sauce.
