- 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed (for caramel)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel)
- 1 cup toasted almond slivers
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the base by combining graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch pan and chill for 10 minutes.
- Make the ganache by melting dark chocolate with heavy cream and butter over simmering water until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt, then cool until thickened.
- For the caramel, melt sugar over medium-high heat until amber in color; whisk in cubed butter and heavy cream. Add sea salt flakes and let thicken for 2–3 minutes.
- Toast almond slivers in a skillet until fragrant; mix with crushed pretzels and toffee bits.
- Layer the cooled ganache over the chilled crust, refrigerate to set, then drizzle warm caramel on top and sprinkle with the crunch mix.
- Chill for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
