  • 1 cup toasted almond slivers
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • Sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by combining graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the ganache by melting dark chocolate with heavy cream and butter over simmering water until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt, then cool until thickened.
  3. For the caramel, melt sugar over medium-high heat until amber in color; whisk in cubed butter and heavy cream. Add sea salt flakes and let thicken for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Toast almond slivers in a skillet until fragrant; mix with crushed pretzels and toffee bits.
  5. Layer the cooled ganache over the chilled crust, refrigerate to set, then drizzle warm caramel on top and sprinkle with the crunch mix.
