- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Rainbow sprinkles (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, warm water, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top while still warm and allow to cool before cutting.
