- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and sweetener until combined.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; fold in dark chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
