- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing beef against the grain and chopping vegetables.
- Marinate the beef in a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and sear the marinated beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are vibrant but crisp.
- Combine extra soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl; pour over stir-fry to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot on plates or in a large bowl.
