- 2 cups chopped baby dill pickles

- 1 small white onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup dill pickle juice
- Fresh dill (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Combine drained pasta with 1/3 cup dill pickle juice in a mixing bowl. Let it sit.
- Chop the dill pickles, cheese, and onion into small pieces.
- Add the chopped ingredients to the pasta bowl and mix gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining pickle juice, fresh dill (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving for enhanced flavors.
