  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into thick slices)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground chicken until fully cooked.
  2. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and stir well; let it simmer while preparing the cheese mixture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Place four ramekins on a baking sheet. Spoon a thin layer of meat sauce into each ramekin.
  5. Add about ½ cup of the ricotta mixture over the meat sauce in each ramekin.
  6. Top with approximately half a cup of meat sauce followed by one slice of mozzarella cheese on each.
  7. Broil under high heat for about 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
