Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread some Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Fill lasagna noodles with the shrimp-crab mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake covered for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Allow cooling slightly before garnishing with parsley. Serve warm.
