  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Fill lasagna noodles with the shrimp-crab mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake covered for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  6. Allow cooling slightly before garnishing with parsley. Serve warm.
