- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and diced)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Scallions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the sliced scallions, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Pound each chicken breast to about 1/4-inch thickness; season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish; top each piece with 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese and turkey bacon on top, then bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with remaining scallions before serving.
