- 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound thawed frozen spinach (well-drained)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, cooked turkey bacon, and minced garlic.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and half of both cheeses until well mixed.
- Fold in the broccoli florets and spinach until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
