Ingredients
- 8oz ground turkey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped basil
- 2 tbsp shredded zucchini
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp green pesto
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, chopped basil, shredded zucchini, mozzarella cheese, green pesto, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form walnut-sized meatballs from the mixture using your hands.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of fat. Place the meatballs in the pan.
- Cover with a lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side before flipping to brown all sides.
- Once fully cooked and golden brown, remove from heat and serve alongside salad or cauliflower rice.
