- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups diced fresh or frozen peaches
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the canola oil and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in milk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- Pour the batter into greased bread pans and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before glazing with a mixture of melted butter, powdered sugar, diced peaches, and milk.
