- 1 cup water
- 2–3 sliced fresh peaches
- 3 tea bags (black, green, or herbal)
- 6 cups water
Instructions
- Prepare the syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and add sliced peaches. Stir continuously until sugar dissolves.
- Infuse flavors: Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Brew the tea: Boil 6 cups of water in another pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes.
- Combine: Refrigerate brewed tea until cold. Strain syrup through a fine strainer into a pitcher to remove peach pieces and mix with chilled tea.
