- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 large egg
- 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (homestyle or buttermilk, not flaky)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, ¼ cup sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and an egg until well combined.
- Slice each biscuit in half and coat each piece with a mixture of remaining sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer biscuit slices alternately with pumpkin mixture in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown; cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, cinnamon, and milk for the glaze.
- Cool the loaf before drizzling with glaze and enjoy!
