- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
- 6 English muffins
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into a greased non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Cook gently until just set, then stir in turkey bacon bits.
- Slice English muffins in half and place cut side up on a baking sheet. Spread each half with chili sauce.
- Spoon the egg and turkey bacon mixture onto each muffin half, then top generously with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
